Return & Refund Policy

At Homely Needs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below for details on how to return an item and request a refund.


🔄 Returns

You have the right to return most items purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return must be completed within 14 days of notifying us

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used bedding and personal use items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom or personalized products

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will:

  • Approve the refund if the item meets return conditions
  • Refund the full item cost to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • Notify you via email once the refund has been processed

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@homelyneeds.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Package the item securely and use a tracked shipping service (recommended).
  4. Keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

❌ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request:

  • Photos of the damage or issue
  • Details of the product and order

We’ll arrange for a replacement, refund, or return label at no cost to you.


📬 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  • Check your bank or card statement
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • Then email us at support@homelyneeds.uk if the issue persists
